Jim Aiken

Jim Aiken, the owner of Commercial Communication Services since January 2007, was attracted to CCS by two things: First, the outstanding reputation CCS has built since its foundation in 1985 for product and service quality, and second, the dynamics of the telecommunications business.

With special interest in marketing and general management, Jim has seen the critical importance of exceeding customer expectations throughout his career. "CCS will continue to build our reputation in fulfilling our commitment to our customers, providing them with the value they've come to expect from us when and where they want it."

"We will do this by assuring we understand our customers' current and future needs while bringing them the most effective solutions from our network of suppliers and from our internal resources. Also, we will continually improve all aspects of our business, every day, with a complete commitment to quality and to developing new and innovative products and services."

Jim's personal interests include travel, the outdoors, and anthropology. He lives in Norman with his wife, Jeanne, and has three children, Arthur, Amy and Emily.

Betty Wooldridge

Betty Wooldridge is currently serving as a project consultant for Commercial Communication Services. During the past 30 years, Betty has held various sales, technical and management positions in the field of telecommunications with Southwestern Bell, AT&T and CCS, specializing in sales and support of major business clients. She has served as a member of the Major Accounts Team for a major Fortune 500 company, and as Project Manager, Implementation Manager and Planning and Training Developer on a multitude of business projects. In addition, she received her BA in Business Administration in 1985 and her Masters of Science in 1987, as well as completing over 2900 hours of technical training in telecommunications. Betty joined CCS in 1986 and has always been an integral part of the success of the company. Betty demonstrates a thorough and complex understanding of telecommunications as well as insight into the needs of businesses spanning a vast array of industries. Because she is able to combine her sales, technical, management, and overall business experience, she continues to provide our clients and our staff an outstanding level of support.

David McCall

Our Service & Support Manager, David, brings over 25 years of experience in telecommunications to CCS. He began his career in the US Air Force by maintaining combat radio communications equipment. After leaving the service, he continued the communications foundation he started and trained as a technician in Oklahoma, working his way to PBX Technician and Installation Manager for a reputable Toshiba dealer in California. David has grown along side this constantly evolving industry and recently returned to Oklahoma to be closer to his family. Because of his many years of experience in telephone system installation, as well as project and resource administration, David was the perfect choice for the role of Service & Support Manager for our Panasonic dealership. With his detailed knowledge of the latest technologies, David works to provide proactive solutions for all of our customers' telephony needs.

Brian Echols

As Operations Manager for Commercial Communication Services, Brian plans new solutions and oversees our technician deployment process. After spending nine years working in the pharmaceutical industry, Brian joined CCS. His mathematical and mechanical background has proven to be a great advantage in the arena of telecommunications. He also has a strong aptitude for troubleshooting client hardware and wiring to ensure connectivity throughout a telephone system or a computer network. Drawing on the design and fine-tuning skills developed during the implementation and maintenance of pharmaceutical grade purified water systems and production machinery, Brian delivers only the highest quality workmanship to our clients' system configurations.
